Based in Melbourne, Australia, Mark Atley has been in frameless glass since 2002. And has been staring at shower hinges that whole time. Why are they always short and wide? The shower is almost always tall and skinny, and these landscape oriented hinges really break the flow of the shower. Years of searching for a hinge that suited the shower were fruitless.

So he decided to build his own.
